    I am currently with a couple of scanalation groups and a title which seems as it may belong to the Harq Romance group keeps making it's way back up in my mind. The title is "Nessa no Umi ni Manekarete" by Natsuo Kou. It's a one vol. and there is already parts A and B available. The original group released those two parts back in 2007 and for some reason never finished it. The group of course is no longer active to request the raws to finish it, so I thought I might scurry around and see if anyone may know somebody who knows somebody who maybe related to somebody that may have that last piece of the puzzle.
    You could say I am a stickler for incomplete titles and try to at least see them finally whole again. Anyways please let me know if you may be able to help.
